Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts by screening resumes and phone screening candidates
- Assist with building out Extell's Glassdoor and Indeed pages
- Update Extell's social media pages
- Coordinate scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Assist with conducting reference checks, background checks and drug screens
- Assist with benefit and payroll processes
Summary of Job Requirements:
Ideal candidates for the Human Resources Intern are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited university/college in a Human Resources, Marketing, or other related field. The Human Resources Intern exercises utmost discretion and confidentiality on various matters; and escalates issues to management or other team members as required. Proficient computer skills and effective interpersonal, client service, communication (verbal and written), analytical, organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills are required. This position requires high attention to detail, a desire to learn, and the ability to provide top tier service to all Extell entities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is required; and prior experience with Canva and Paycom is a plus.
