Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with customer personnel responsible for payment
- Follow up with customer accounts on collection status through resolution
- Collaborate with billing team and managers to address late payments and implement collection steps
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of business to business collections experience
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
- Experience working in an ERP
- Background in construction industry a plus
Salary Information
