What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Account Specialist position at Extreme Screen Prints?
Extreme Screen Prints is looking for an employee who is highly organized and has great time management and computer skills to assist in communication with our customers. The responsibilities of a customer service representative consist of but are not limited to the following:
- Guiding each customer through the ordering experience from start to finish, communicating in a timely manner via phone and email
- Work with multiple customers on a day-to-day basis, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Learn complex ink/print technicalities and communicate that knowledge with customers throughout the order process.
- Listening to customer's needs and using learned knowledge to help guide the customer to the best product for their needs
- Collect and confirm customer’s art details accurately (high-resolution files, print locations, art dimensions, ink colors, etc)
- Provide customers with accurate quotes/invoices and continue to follow up with the customers until the order is shipped and received
- Enter data accurately into multiple spreadsheets and CRMs, ensuring that all details are clearly communicated to our Production Team
Requirements:
- Familiarity with computer softwares such as the Adobe Suite and Google applications: Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Sheets
- Love for helping others and is an all-around empathetic, charismatic person
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- A team player who enjoys working with others to accomplish goals
- Strong leadership qualities
- Enjoys a fast moving environment where tasks are different everyday
Salary : $15 - $20
