Ambulatory Surgical Nursing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our team as an Ambulatory Surgical Nursing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Ambulatory Surgery Center, including coordinating patient care, participating in direct patient care, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide education and training to staff on new procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Charge Nurse/management experience required
- Previous experience in Operating Room (OR), Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), or hospital
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Advanced certification in Critical Care Nursing preferred
