Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center.
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established Federal, State, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse/management in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), or hospital.
- Previous Nursing experience in settings such as Pre-Op/Post-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), or Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
