As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating staff schedules, supervising nursing operations, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage workload to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise nursing operations and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience, preferably in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), and/or hospital.
- Experience managing a team of at least 20 direct reports is preferred.
- Must have previous Nursing experience in at least one of the following settings: Operating Room (OR), ASC, Pre-Op/Post-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
