- Maintain an organized calendar by scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials readily available.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and office management.
- Utilize computer systems for managing schedules, client information, and office correspondence.
- Pre-testing patients prior to seeing the doctor
