What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping ECOM/Traffic Clerk position at EZ-ACCESS, a dba of Homecare Products, Inc.?
SUMMARY: The basic function of the ECOMM/Traffic Clerk at DCHOP is to perform basic data entry, record keeping, and fulfillment tasks. Duties include performing routine clerical procedures in support of assigned department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prints and prepares all pick tickets for assigned ECOMM batches (AMAZON & EDI).
· Fulfillment and Routing of ECOMM Orders in Vendor Central.
· Assist in processing Home Depot and Lowes packing slips for shipping.
· Assist in routing and formatting Amazon orders.
· Assign proposed shipping method (Ground or LTL) based on volume of order.
· Process ECOMM Shipping BOL’s for daily orders.
· Assist with Shipping or Freight inquiries.
· Work in coordination with customer service to perform duties.
· Help ensure smooth paperwork flow between Shipping and Traffic office.
· Assist in creating and updating data entry reports.
· Assist and work in coordination with the Shipping Floor Lead on assigned orders to be fulfilled.
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
One year of office experience, preferably industry related or experience in a similar role.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Able to Communicate Professionally and Clearly with Others.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to Calculate Figures and Amounts such as Discounts, Percentages, and or addition and subtraction.
REASONING ABILITY:
Able to Assist Others with Freight Related Issues.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet with Great Plains experience a plus. Able to use Run Dashboard, EDI, Great Plains and CRM software programs.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Sitting for long periods, working on cement floors, counting or verifying materials, some lifting up to 30 pounds.
