Warehouse Clerk/Shipping

Henry A. Petter Supply Company is seeking an experienced WAREHOUSE CLERK for its Paducah, Kentucky, location.

We have one open positions:

• Shipping Clerk

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or a related field preferred.

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

· Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. safely and efficiently.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilites:

· Prepared and packaged products for shipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

· Accurately label and document shipments, including packing slips and shipping manifests.

· Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.

· Maintain an organized and clean work environment to promote efficiency and safety.

· Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process.

· Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding shipping inquiries and updates.
