As a marketing & lead generation specialist, your goal is to identify and nurture high-quality leads for our sales team. You’ll leverage your strategic thinking, lead gen expertise, and killer communication skills to build a pipeline that fuels our growth.
This entry-level role is perfect for those who enjoy connecting with people and are ready to make a real impact. You’ll also have the opportunity to represent our company at local events and industry conferences, talk with business owners about their needs, and schedule free consultations for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through digital channels, CRM tools, and inbound strategies.
- Content Publishing: Publish engaging content (e.g., business financing guides, industry trends, success stories) on Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Accounts, and other social media platforms to attract potential clients.
- Community Discovery: Actively discover and participate in relevant Xiaohongshu and other social media groups to share insights, answer questions, and attract potential clients.
- Campaigns & Promotions: Design and execute lead magnet strategies (e.g., online webinars, Q&A sessions, giveaways, SMS campaigns, whitepapers, etc) to capture leads and attract prospects.
2. Lead Nurturing
- Direct Response Management: Promptly reply to comments, DMs, and inquiries on social platforms, providing expert advice on business financing
- Community Engagement: Stay active in EZ Capital’s social media groups to boost clients' engagement and comment on clients’ posts with value-add insights (e.g., cash flow tips).
- Leads Handoff: Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead scoring and handoff processes.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce workflows to improve sales efficiency.
- Ensure lead data is accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
- Generate reports on campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and overall pipeline health.
- Track KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and refine strategies using data
Qualifications:
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields.
2. Experience
• Proven experience in digital marketing/ social media marketing/lead generation, or demand generation.
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu/WeChat/other social media.
3. Skills and Traits
• Bilingual in English and Chinese - be able to read, write and communicate in Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and the marketing team to align efforts to revenue goals
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Strong communicator and team player.
