Warehouse Supervisor

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment.

```Responsibilities:```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Implement and enforce proper warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor productivity and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in a timely manner

```Experience:```
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred
- Experience in shipping/receiving processes is a plus
- Previous experience in a distribution center is advantageous
