Duties :
- Assessing company processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing process changes and monitoring the results to ensure success.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Recruiting and staffing
- Employee onboarding, growth, and development
- Employee relations
- Co-handling disciplinary needs
- Assistant to Administrative Consultant
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 8-hour shift
