Apartment Community - Administrative Assistant

Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the office team in maintaining all aspects of property operations.  

Primary Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective client, a current client, an internal team member or a vendor.
  • Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company policy. 
  • Help new move-ins or move-outs and make sure they are completing their checklist prior to moving in or out.
  • Create monthly newsletter and other marketing material.
  • Assist in planning resident events and posting on social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience • Strong communication skills • High-energy and enjoys a fast paced environment • Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service • Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc. • Valid driver’s license • High School Diploma or equivalent • Available on weekends.
