Location: Manassas, VA. This position will report to our Manassas, VA office, but will require some light, paid travel to locations in Northern Virginia and Richmond to support Hiring Events in our other locations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles within the company
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to onboard new employees and facilitate a smooth transition into their roles
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic team environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and other HR software tools
