Travel Project Tech -End User Support HW troubleshooting
Our client is going thru an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) rollout to all their facilities - mostly east coast and central US locations. They are looking to have a support Technician onsite pre / post rollout to troubleshoot any HW related issues and End User support. This position will require 50-60% travel and the remainder will be done remotely.
Devices supported :
PC's, printers, scan guns, scales and related peripherals.
- Looking for someone who is project oriented.
- Organization skills needed.
- Managing their task
- Organized and communication is very important
- Technical skills : level 2
- Learn the environment.
- Troubleshoot any issues when go live during ERP – HW related. Printer setups, scanning tools, if network is properly communicating.
- Some work will be on weekend – Wed-Mon (depending on location of project). Fluctuation in schedule at times.
- Primarily during normal business hours
