Job Summary : The Product Support Process Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting various product support programs. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams, analyzing data, and ensuring the smooth execution of support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales PSEs – PSE Specialist :
- Act as the primary specialist for Sales PSEs, providing support and expertise to the Sales Team.
- Merchandising / Marketing Discount Programs :
- Manage and oversee merchandising and marketing discount programs to ensure effective implementation and tracking.
- Manual Program Claims – Wear Parts / Fabick Rebuild :
- Handle manual program claims related to wear parts and Fabick rebuilds, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Ensure process has been completed by confirming reimbursements have been collected for corporate CAT.
- Gatekeeper Functions :
- Perform gatekeeper functions to ensure compliance with program guidelines and standards.
- Data Health Governance Team – CAT Insights Hub :
- Collaborate with the Data Health Governance Team to maintain data integrity and accuracy within the CAT Insights Hub.
- ALI DNA Alert Reports – Data Discrepancies :
- Monitor and address data discrepancies identified in ALI DNA Alert Reports, ensuring data consistency.
- Iron Planet Leads :
- Manage and track leads from Iron Planet, coordinating follow-up actions as necessary.
- PSSR Toolbox :
- Maintain and update the PSSR Toolbox, ensuring it is a valuable resource for the team.
- Exxon Mobile – Assigning and Tracking Training :
- Assign and track training for Exxon Mobile, ensuring all training requirements are met by the Sale’s Team for compliance purposes.
- Missouri Contract Fees :
- Oversee and manage Missouri contract fees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Collaboration with Marketing, EM Team on Various Projects :
- Work closely with the marketing and EM teams on various projects to support product support initiatives. Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related experience required.
- Proven experience in product support or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, bend and stoop to perform the essential functions of this job. Occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds.
