I’m the owner of a busy, high-end day spa, and I’m looking for a Taskmaster Extraordinaire to be my Personal Assistant & Spa Concierge. This role is perfect for someone who:
Excels at time management & multitasking—you’ll keep my schedule (and the spa’s) running like clockwork.
Has a keen eye for detail—nothing slips past you, and you take initiative to solve problems before they arise.
Is a strong communicator—you’ll liaise with clients, staff, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
Is social media savvy—you can create engaging content, manage posts, and grow our online presence.
Loves organization & efficiency—from handling appointments to keeping things streamlined, you thrive on structure.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing daily schedules, emails, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinating spa appointments and assisting with client needs.
- Handling social media content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Overseeing small projects, errands, and day-to-day problem-solving.
- Supporting business operations to keep everything running smoothly.
Position Details:
- Location: [2112 Bel Air Rd Suite 8 Fallston, MD 21047]
- Full-Time [Tuesday-Saturday] 9-5:30
**Some days we will be there late or leave early or run an errand on the way home from work
