Position Description:
Our expanding company is seeking to hire a Janitorial Warehouse Facility Manager to join our leadership team.
Examples of Work:
- Ensures that each employee has necessary tools and equipment and that all equipment is in safe and proper working condition.
- Ensure employees are completing daily tasks, such as cleaning restrooms, office areas, sort areas, sort belts, etc.
- Conduct formal and informal inspections of all work areas
- Other duties as assigned such as assisting with janitorial duties as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven experience in managing projects up to completion is required.
- Proven experience in janitorial services.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Strong supervisory skills with ability to mentor, coach, lead, develop and evaluate staff.
Qualifications/Requirements: 5 years in Janitorial/Warehouse services and leadership experience is preferred and applicants must, have a valid Driver License, a clear motor vehicle record, and will also be required to pass a background check and submit to a drug and alcohol screening.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
