- Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect any suspicious activities or security breaches
- Respond to alarms and alerts by investigating and escalating as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all surveillance activities
- Collaborate with security team members to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Follow established protocols and procedures for handling security incidents
- Previous experience in CCTV surveillance or security monitoring
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of security systems and protocols is a plus
