JOB OVERVIEW
Attend to guests in the Pool and Beach area, courteously and efficiently according to Faena specifications. Assist in the maintenance of the Pool and Beach area and equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Maintain complete knowledge of Lounge/seat/cabana/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set-up of the Pool & Beach.
- Complete opening and closing side duties as assigned
- Extend appreciation for guest patronage and invite them to return.
- Complete all closing reports as assigned, leave duty after reporting to Management.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- Understands and responds to all guest needs and request in a timely and professional manner.
- Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintains pool and beach policies and procedures, ensures professional standards of operations.
- Maintains adequate inventory of all necessary pool and beach supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in the assigned outlet.
- Obtains and serves refreshments to guests as requested.
- Collects soiled towels and rented swimming attire for laundering.
- Folds and stores chairs, blankets, and umbrellas at sundown.
