Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and ensure all facilities remain fully operational.

- Manage facility resources, including maintenance staff and external vendors.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and proactively address potential issues.
- Enforce safety and security protocols, coordinating emergency response drills.

- Be available 24/7 for emergencies.
