residency requirements.
REPORTS TO: Truancy Hearing Officer/Student Services Lead
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited educational institution is preferred.
2. Teaching experience preferred, but not required.
3. Valid Alabama Driver’s License.

- Communicate effectively with staff members, students, parents, administrators, and other contact
- Follow attendance, punctuality, and proper dress code rules.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding school/workplace matters.
- Model and maintain high ethical standards.
- Maintain expertise in the assigned areas to fulfill project goals and objectives.
- Participate successfully in the training programs offered to increase skill and proficiency related to
- Keep the supervisor informed of potential problems or unusual events.
- Demonstrates initiative in identifying potential problems or opportunities for improvement.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the principal and district attendance officer.
- Promote and participate in school/ district activities and programs for families.
- Organize, implement, coordinate, and present family education workshops and training
