The Front Office Manager position will encompass all of the below along with some added responsibilities:
* Direct and oversee the selection, hiring, scheduling, and training of qualified employees.
* Conduct effective department meetings and counseling sessions. .
* Monitor service and teamwork on a regular basis.
** Oversee the ordering and inventory of the Market
* Resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination, as appropriate.
* Achieve guest satisfaction goals by supervising the Front Office operation.
* Oversee and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests.
* Check daily for VIP rooms and special accommodation requests.
* Respond to guest complaints in a courteous and effective manner. * Coordinate group arrivals and departures.
* Respond to positive and negative reviews on social media and brand sites
Required to work from 45-55 hours per week or maybe more depending on business demands Prior hotel guest service experience preferred, preferably in a supervisory level
