Job Title: Maintenance Person
Job Summary:
We are seeking multiple skilled maintenance workers to join some of our teams throughout Long Island. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing, vacant and occupied residential suites, as well as the property grounds. The Maintenance Worker will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by conducting regular inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing any issues promptly.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, carpentry work, appliance and cabinet installation, etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC system's, etc.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
- Up-keep grounds of property by removing trash and debris
Requirements:
. Authorized to work in the U.S.
. Prior experience in a maintenance role (commercial or residential setting preferred)
. Willing to take a background and drug test
. Ability to carry heavy items, such as appliances and furniture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
