We are seeking an experienced and motivated System Administrator II to join our DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team for a 6-month HYBRID contract position. Candidates must currently reside in Raleigh, NC to be eligible for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
- Oversee Infrastructure Configuration Management and Remote Endpoint Management Support.
- Document processes and procedures related to endpoint management.
- Manage project management initiatives pertaining to endpoint systems.
- Proficiency in working with Intel/AMD-based computing systems (Servers, Desktops).
- Extensive expertise in MECM, including inventory, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting at an enterprise level.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to LAN/WAN.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintaining a MECM/SCCM environment.
- Understanding of Azure and Intune (MDM, MAM, Apple and WIN10 devices).
- Knowledge of Crowdstrike (Antivirus & Firewall at an enterprise scale).
- Basic familiarity with Ivanti Admin patch management for non-Microsoft applications.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and personnel effectively.
