Key Responsibilities
- Design and create comprehensive training content for both in-person and online formats.
- Facilitate and support live virtual meetings and training events.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine curriculums.
- Produce educational resources such as job aids, templates, and tips to enhance employee learning.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all training materials and uphold professional standards during work hours.
- Proven expertise in instructional design and technical knowledge.
- Strong writing and content development abilities.
- Proficiency in creating resources that foster employee learning and engagement.
- Excellent research capabilities.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise), and Camtasia is preferred.
