Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance through coding and developing solutions utilizing Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Customize and configure Salesforce in alignment with specific business requirements, creating and modifying objects, fields, workflows, and other essential features of the platform.
- Collaborate with internal and external technical support staff to enhance system functionality.
- Explore and integrate new technologies and systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
- Execute unit testing on developed solutions to identify and resolve issues, working closely with quality assurance teams as needed.
- Manage development activities and workflows using Jira Scrum and Kanban boards.
- Conduct thorough reviews and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding and documentation of business and technical requirements.
- Analyze the impact of requirements on existing and proposed software applications.
- Design system architectures utilizing existing design patterns to meet current and future needs.
- Facilitate discussions with business analysts, end-users, and team members to clarify requirements and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain detailed documentation of development tasks, including code comments and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and procedures and mentor team members to uphold expected quality standards.
- Enforce security measures as data stewards in compliance with federal and organizational privacy and security policies.
- Proficient in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
