Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, particularly within Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather business requirements and troubleshoot issues, offering effective solutions.
- Participate in the configuration of ServiceNow CSM modules, develop workflows, and improve the customer self-service experience.
- Assist with system upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand ServiceNow’s integration with other city systems.
- Adhere to IT best practices, including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards.
- Foundational understanding of ServiceNow or comparable enterprise systems.
