Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary support contact for end-users of the Epic application.
- Develop, design, configure, and support applications tailored for business, research, and instructional purposes.
- Address daily operational challenges through programming, maintenance, and modification of complex applications.
- Assess hardware availability and software requirements to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve application-related issues promptly.
- Oversee workflow design, system testing, and address technical challenges associated with Epic software.
- Serve as a liaison between end-users’ needs and the Epic implementation teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with Epic representatives, participating in weekly project meetings.
- Gain insights into operational necessities by attending site visits and integrated sessions.
- Regularly update leadership on project statuses and ongoing issues.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss deliverables, user concerns, budget considerations, and upcoming milestones.
- Epic certification in Healthy Planet, Cosmos, and Ambulatory modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Expertise in application development and support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
