Key Responsibilities
- Clearly articulate IT value propositions from both business and technical perspectives.
- Write, review, and refine IT, privacy, and security policies.
- Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI analyses for IT projects.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Demonstrate matrix management skills across various parties and resources involved in project execution.
- Transfer pertinent knowledge and insights to enhance the engagement channel.
- Participate actively in projects to ensure the proposed solutions are delivered effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of general IT architectural principles.
- Proven ability to communicate IT value propositions effectively.
- Strong experience in writing and assessing IT policies, particularly in privacy and security.

- Background in data classification of federally regulated state and NC state-owned data.
- Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for information privacy and security.
