Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for IT-related software and hardware inquiries.
- Assist users in navigating computer hardware (tablets, desktops, laptops) and software applications (including O365 and Windows Operating Systems).
- Facilitate First Contact Resolution (FCR) for customer issues.
- Offer operational support for user identity management, including username provisioning and password management via Active Directory.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Knowledge Articles in the Knowledge Management Database.
- Comply with Incident Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management policies.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively assist users.
- Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory for managing user identities.
- Competence in creating and maintaining documentation for Knowledge Management.
- Understanding of Incident Management and Request Management policies.
- Prior experience in IT support is favored.
- Proven capability to work independently on smaller initiatives.
- Experience collaborating on larger projects is advantageous.
- W-2 Rate: Up to $20/hour.
