Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain both the hardware and software that support our computer network infrastructure.
- Specialize in Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs), along with a strong command of TCP/IP, virtual machines, and server/network infrastructures.
- Handle the installation, configuration, and administration of wired and wireless network switches, access points, and network-based storage components.
- Execute the installation of cabling, wiring, and related equipment for telephony and data interfaces and systems.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity processes to ensure operational resilience.
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and fault management for all network components and related systems.
- Ability to work independently while providing leadership and guidance to team members.
- Proficient in managing complex network operations and projects.
- Solid understanding of Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and virtual machine environments.
- Experience in the installation and administration of wired and wireless network components.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
- Proven expertise in managing intricate network infrastructures and leading teams.
- An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
