Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate project proposals to determine timelines, funding constraints, and resource allocation.
- Identify and schedule deliverables, milestones, and necessary activities for project success.
- Provide effective leadership and motivation to project teams throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
- Establish comprehensive work plans and staffing requirements for varied project phases.
- Ensure alignment of project goals with overarching business objectives.
- Assign responsibilities and define the scope of authority for project personnel.
- Direct project activities to guarantee adherence to schedules and budgetary limits.
- Analyze status reports from project personnel and adjust schedules or plans as needed.

- Work alongside other program managers to recognize risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
- Administer budgets across different workstreams for enhanced productivity.
- Collaborate with the State Department of Information Technology (DIT) to ensure compliance with the State IT Roadmap and security protocols.
- Proven results-oriented mindset with a solid work ethic.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, time management, facilitation, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in tailoring communication to diverse audiences and needs.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working with staff across all organizational levels.
- Experience in resource management within established cost and time frameworks.
- Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality.
- Capacity to build, inspire, lead, and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Candidates with PgMP Certification are preferred.
- Agile (PMI-ACP) Certification is also desirable.
- Experience in managing application modernization and modularization projects.
- Proven history of collaboration with State and Local Government entities.
- Familiarity with complex, cross-functional team environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of social services and Medicaid programs or related case management systems is preferred.
