Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DCFW business leaders and subject matter experts to thoroughly understand the requirements for a new IT system.
- Develop and sustain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and expenditure monitoring.
- Create and uphold all necessary project management documentation in compliance with State, DHHS, and PMBOK guidelines.
- Manage project scope, resources, timelines, costs, quality, communication, and procurement to achieve State objectives.
- Work alongside vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Establish project governance, deliver formal presentations, and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure effective controls are in place.
- Serve as the liaison between IT projects and business clients.
- Partner with business stakeholders to formulate project management, change management, risk management, rollout, and training plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assure readiness during the implementation phase.
- Maintain all mandated State CIO project documentation.
