- Evaluate project proposals to establish timelines, funding restrictions, and resource allocation.
- Identify key project deliverables, milestones, and necessary tasks.
- Lead and inspire project team members throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and manage work plans and staffing for project activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assign roles and responsibilities to project personnel while defining their authority.
- Direct project activities to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
