Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MS Windows systems, software, and network hardware.
- Collaborate closely with technical support and customer personnel to address complex problems involving Enterprise Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, and Project Management.
- Lead high-stakes projects, overseeing teams, managing resources, and ensuring timelines are met from initiation to completion.
- Engage in the planning, installation, configuration, scripting, deployment, patching, and tuning of Windows-based systems and applications.
- Document processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Proficient in MS Windows systems and software management.
- Strong scripting capabilities for automation and system optimization.
- Extensive knowledge of network hardware and applications.
- Familiar with Endpoint Security tools and applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Adept project management abilities to guide teams and projects effectively.
- Proven experience in systems administration and network management at a Tier 3 level.
- Demonstrated success in leading projects and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical personnel.
