We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Support Network/Telecom Specialist to join our Integrated Network Services unit on a 6-month hybrid contract basis. The ideal candidate will reside in Raleigh, NC and will be required to work onsite two to three days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert support for complex issues related to MS Windows systems and software, as well as network hardware.
- Act as a primary resource in addressing high-complexity challenges involving Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, and Process Documentation.
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring effective supervision of team members and adherence to timelines and resource allocation.
- Support the planning, installation, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Windows-based systems and software.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and efficiency.
- Proficient in managing MS Windows systems and software, with a strong background in Backup, VMWare, Windows Active Directory, Patching, Antivirus, Linux, and Cloud technologies.
- Exceptional scripting capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects and supervising personnel in a technical environment.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT architecture and systems administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Endpoint Security tools and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects effectively.
- Competitive W-2 rate of up to $45/hour.
- Hybrid work structure, requiring onsite presence two to three days per week.
