- Serve as the primary support resource in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges associated with MS Windows systems and software.
- Manage and support numerous aspects of network hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead project initiatives, supervising team members while managing timelines, resources, and implementation efforts to successful completion.
- Document processes and procedures meticulously to maintain a clear and organized workflow.
- Collaborate with technical support and customer personnel to address complex issues effectively.
