Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Tier 3 IT Architect Systems Administrator II, providing exceptional support in resolving complex issues related to MS Windows systems, software, and network hardware.
- Serve as a critical resource in troubleshooting high-level technical problems that demand extensive knowledge of Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Configuration Management, and Remote Endpoint Management Support.
- Lead and oversee projects, managing timelines, resources, and personnel to ensure successful implementation and completion.
- Support and manage Microsoft Windows systems and software for the Consumer Platforms Infrastructure Operations unit, focusing on planning, installation, configuration, scripting, deployment, patching, and optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Windows systems and software.
- Experience with backup solutions, VMware, and Windows Active Directory.
- Knowledge of patch management and antivirus solutions.
- Familiarity with Linux and cloud technologies.
- Strong scripting capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT architecture or systems administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling MS Windows systems and software issues.
- Comprehensive understanding of backup solutions and network hardware.
- Experience in scripting and deploying Windows-based systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
