Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance, support, and guidance to end users for hardware, software, and systems.
- Conduct hands-on technical and functional support for both business and technical users.
- Perform remote support activities, including troubleshooting issues and software installations.
- Execute PC replacements and manage asset inventories, including imaging and PC hookups.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Limited leadership skills to guide and support others.
- Aptitude for managing medium complexity work efforts.
- Relevant experience in the industry is preferred.
- Previous experience in desktop support or related technical roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective user interactions.
- Relevant IT support certifications or equivalent experience is advantageous.

- On-site work is mandatory.
- Support from NCDIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations is budgeted and assured.
