Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site support for 14 agencies in Raleigh, NC. This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients, who play a vital role in supporting the citizens of North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute operations and troubleshoot system environments, ensuring server backup and security
• Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to optimize system efficiency
• Analyze system logs to detect potential issues and troubleshoot reported problems
• Facilitate the migration and integration of new technologies into existing systems
