- Provide comprehensive technical assistance and support to end users across various hardware, software, and system issues.
- Engage in direct, hands-on technical support and guidance for both business and technical users.
- Conduct remote support activities including troubleshooting, software installations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform on-site tasks such as PC replacements, imaging, asset inventories, and PC hookups.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to offer limited leadership and guidance to peers.
- Experience managing projects of medium complexity within the desktop support domain.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technical support.
- Previous experience in desktop support or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
