- Author Advanced Planning Documents and Medicaid Detail Budget Tables
- Facilitate APD kickoff, review, and closeout meetings
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on NC FAST APDs
- Draft CMS submittal letters and ensure coherence across related aspects
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and budget offices to produce comprehensive APDs supporting the NC Medicaid and MES Program
- Exceptional writing and documentation skills
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and management
- Comprehensive understanding of Medicaid and health policy documentation
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
- Proven experience in advanced planning writing or in a related documentation role
- Familiarity with Medicaid programs and regulations is essential
