Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive Advanced Planning Documents and related materials
- Facilitate APD kickoff, review, and closeout meetings effectively
- Draft and finalize CMS submittal letters while coordinating related activities
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project, technical teams, vendors, and contract and budget offices
- Support the objectives of the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Program through structured documentation
- Demonstrated experience in the development of Advanced Planning Documents
- Proficient in stakeholder management and project coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and vendors
- Familiarity with RFP, RFI, grant, or contract processes is advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Advanced Planning Document development or similar areas
- Prior experience with RFP, RFI, grants, or contracts preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
