Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and articulate business requirements for new functionalities and enhancements within the Epic system.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of system changes to ensure alignment with business needs and to prevent negative impacts on other system areas.
- Serve as the main support contact for end users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with Epic representatives and stakeholders to ensure the system’s effectiveness in meeting organizational objectives.
- Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and reporting to optimize the use of the Epic EHR and associated applications.
- Maintain data integrity and security for assigned applications and systems, ensuring compliance with established regulations.
- A minimum of five years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare operations, specifically in Epic PB.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in presenting information clearly to clinical and business leaders.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities for evaluating system changes and enhancements.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in small groups under strict project deadlines.
- Familiarity with third-party vendors and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, supplemented by at least five years of relevant experience.
- Certification in Epic Resolute Professional Billing is essential.
- Experience with revenue cycle billing, hospital billing, and claims processing operations is required.
