- Design and manage the Quality Management Plan, incorporating a comprehensive Quality Management Strategy that encompasses all project phases.
- Monitor and report on vendor and project performance metrics, ensuring alignment with specified project objectives and intended outcomes.
- Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring that all defects are prioritized and effectively resolved prior to agency approval.
