Key Responsibilities
- Decompose complex tasks into clearly defined work items for various ongoing technical projects.
- Prioritize and monitor the progress of work items and project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Guarantee high-quality delivery of work items and documentation to clients.
- Develop and manage CADD guidelines and workflows for Bentley and other CADD systems.
- Document project and program deliverables as assigned.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment of business processes.
- Create and present training materials as required.
- Maintain quality control over the team’s project tasks and deliverables register.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT-related initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise technical training materials and user documentation.
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interactions between business and IT users.
- Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Understanding of the application development lifecycle.
- Candidates must possess at least 3 years of project management experience with relevant IT initiatives.
- Familiarity with NCDOT engineering design processes and the transportation lifecycle is preferable.
