Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and development of extensive custom applications and automation processes within ServiceNow.
- Formulate a strategic vision and delineate the roadmap for custom workflow automations and system/data integrations across DIT.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of custom automation applications and integrations, ensuring effective management and delivery.
- Provide leadership in projects by gathering and analyzing requirements, evaluating various alternatives, and executing the design, development, testing, and implementation of integrated solutions.
- Champion and enforce effective governance of data models, data integrity, coding standards, processes, and applications to support digitization and automation initiatives.
- Over 7 years of comprehensive experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and/or Event Management.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Python, or Java, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating and synthesizing requirements effectively.
- A minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in ServiceNow design and development, emphasizing automation and integration.
- Proven track record of successful project leadership and team management.
