Key Responsibilities
- Conduct essential administration and configuration tasks within the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, security management, and workflow integrations.
- Manage the ServiceNow release cycle, scheduled three times per year, while ensuring effective collaboration with the ServiceNow application.
- Personalize and develop forms, fields, and new applications, modules, and tables.
- Create and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage Service Catalog requests and workflows.
- Implement data import processes, create access control rules, and execute custom scripting as necessary.
- Collaborate on troubleshooting issues related to patch and release management, providing technical support as needed.
- Proficiency in web technologies, including XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies and an understanding of enterprise IT architecture.
- Familiarity with relational databases and experience in database manipulation using programming languages.
- Competence in developing and managing ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or currently pursuing such a degree.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT operations and system administration.
