Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise through coding and development utilizing Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Customize and configure the Salesforce platform according to specific business requirements, which includes the creation and modification of objects, fields, workflows, and additional platform features.
- Interface effectively with both internal and external technical support personnel.
- Investigate, research, and integrate new technologies that enhance system capabilities.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
- Conduct unit testing on developed solutions to identify and resolve issues, collaborating with quality assurance teams as appropriate.
- Manage development activities and workflows utilizing Jira Scrum and Kanban boards.
- Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders to thoroughly document business and technical requirements.
- Create system designs that utilize sustainable design patterns addressing current and future system needs.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to development and configuration tasks, including code comments and process flow diagrams.
- Monitor and support production applications and information systems, ensuring both current efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in technical committees and governance meetings when required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
